Policies

  • This is a safe space. There is zero tolerance for hate and discrimination of ANY kind.

  • If you need to cancel, reschedule, or change you appointment, we require at least 48 hours notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice with be subject to a  50% fee of the service total. This includes showing up more than 10 minutes late & giving your technician insufficient time to complete the service.

  • No-show/no-call appointments are unacceptable. You will be charged 100% of your missed appointment. Additionally failure to confirm or cancel within 48 hours, keeping your appointment, and not arriving to the appointment is considered a no-show. Without exception. Clients will be charged within 24 hours.

  • No-showing twice without notice will result in no future bookings, By booking an appointment, consent is given to these policies.

  • No-show or cancellation fees are not a "punishment" because of something that happened. They are the honouring of the financial conditions you agreed to when booking your appointment.

  • Please don't book if you disagree with our policies. 

  • No refunds on services rendered.
